The bathroom was super clean – like seriously spotless! Towels were thick and fluffy, which was awesome. The guy at the front desk was pretty chill and tried to be helpful. But omg, the room smelled like smoke, and it was hard to breathe. Definitely needs a deep clean on those AC units.

The rooms are spacious, which is perfect for a family. We appreciated having cable programming for entertainment, especially with a young baby. The welcoming staff made our stay more enjoyable and eased our transition after a long drive.

My kids wished the room had been cleaner upon arrival. An improvement would be to ensure a thorough housekeeping service, especially for families with children.

During my stay, I truly appreciated how close the Fuller Museum of Art was, making it an easy walk to indulge in some culture, and I enjoyed a peaceful afternoon at the Rocky Marciano Statue at Champions Park, where I could relax and enjoy the green surroundings while soaking in some local history.

Had a great time enjoying the couple of perks like a clean room, decent Wi-Fi, and being right near a mall. The stay was decent overall!

Comfortable bed but very loud environment

I stayed in a handicapped room which was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. While the location is convenient, the noise made it hard to relax, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
